The TrolMaster HS-1 Humidistat Station is the professional solution for controlling compatible commercial dehumidifiers directly through your Hydro-X environmental control system. Designed specifically for dehumidifiers with a 24V external control terminal, the HS-1 allows precise humidity management without the need to switch high-amperage loads directly.

By connecting the HS-1 to your Hydro-X controller, you can create automated day and night humidity setpoints that help maintain ideal environmental conditions throughout the entire grow cycle. Whether you're managing a commercial facility, sealed grow room, or CO₂-enriched environment, the HS-1 provides reliable, automated humidity control that integrates seamlessly into the Hydro-X ecosystem.

Important: If your dehumidifier features an electronic control panel and supports external 24V control (such as many Quest-style commercial dehumidifiers), this is the controller you need. If your dehumidifier uses a standard onboard humidistat, you'll require the TrolMaster Humidistat Plug instead.

Instructions for Use

1. Connect the HS-1 to your Hydro-X controller using the pre-existing thermostat wiring on the wall, or via RJ12 cable.
2. Connect your dehumidifier's 24V external control terminal to the HS-1.
3. Power on the Hydro-X controller and confirm device recognition.
4. Set your desired Day/Night humidity setpoints within the Hydro-X interface.
5. Monitor the LCD display to verify correct operation.

Compatibility

Works with TrolMaster Hydro-X (HCS-1) and Tent-X (TCS-1) controllers. Also compatible with the Quest dehumidifier range via the Hydro-X control system. For dehumidifiers without a 24V external control terminal, use the TrolMaster Humidistat Plug instead.
