Shipping policy
All orders over £75 are eligible for free standard delivery (Mon–Fri). This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all island destinations.
- Free delivery applies to orders weighing less than 30kg that fit in one standard shipping box
- Free delivery excludes heavy volume items such as soil, clay pebbles, and perlite
- Free delivery excludes oversized items (grow tents, large fans, ducting, and similar items over 60cm)
- Orders under £75 are charged at £7.95 for standard delivery
Oversized Items Items such as grow tents, large extraction fans, carbon filters, and ducting incur a £12.95 oversized delivery surcharge regardless of order value.
Soil & Growing Media Soil, coco, and heavy growing media orders are charged at £13.95 due to their weight and volume. A £5 per bag is added after weight exceeds 30kg.
How long will my order take to arrive? We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and deliver within 3 working days unless you choose next day delivery. Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 2pm. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If you haven't received your parcel after 7 days, please contact us.
Regional Surcharges Surcharges apply to orders delivered outside of the UK mainland:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: from £17.95
- Northern Ireland: from £16.95
- Isle of Wight: £14.95
- Isle of Man: from £17.95
- Channel Islands: from £17.95
- Scilly Isles: £17.95
- Republic of Ireland: £17.95
Orders over 30kg cannot be shipped via standard delivery — please contact us at info@gogrow.co.uk for a pallet delivery quote.
Delivery Rates
- Standard Next Working Day (orders under £75, under 30kg per parcel): £10.95
- Standard 2–3 Working Days (orders under £75, under 30kg per parcel): £7.95
- All prices are per parcel with a maximum weight of 30kg. Items over 30kg are split into multiple boxes and charged per box.
International Shipping We are currently working on setting up international shipping and hope to offer this service soon. If you have an international enquiry, please contact us at info@gogrow.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
Can I change my order?
If we haven't dispatched your order then we can change it but once it is has left us, we are unable to make any changes. Get in touch asap if you need to change your order.
In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue.
How are items packaged?
We take extra care to ensure your goods arrive is perfect condition. Parcels are wrapped in discreet and secure packaging.
