Shipping & Dispatch

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and get your items delivered within 3-5 working days if not sooner. While we do our very best to fulfil our delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our control. If you haven’t received your parcel after 7 days, please contact our customer services team.  We used Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hr for most items under 15kg. 

How much is delivery?
All orders over £75 will be shipped for free in the UK. 
For any orders under £75 is £6.95 and most items will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.

Express orders for a 24 hours service is £8.95 using Royal Mail Tracked 24Hr or Fedex. 

Surcharges will apply to heavy items over 20kg, or if ordering from the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man.

Can I change my order?
We can cancel your order if it has not been processed but we cannot amend it once it has been shipped. 

I have received an incorrect item or item is damaged. What do I do?
In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue. Please email online@gogrow.co.uk. 

How are items packaged?
We take extra care to ensure your goods arrive is perfect condition. Parcels are wrapped in discreet and secure packaging.
