TrolMaster Hydro-X CO2 Sensor (MBS-S8)

The TrolMaster MBS-S8 CO2 Sensor measures CO2 PPM within the growing area and is specially designed for use with the Hydro-X Control System. By connecting the MBS-S8 to your Hydro-X controller, you can monitor and control your supplemental CO2 system automatically — maintaining optimal CO2 levels throughout your grow cycle without manual intervention.

The MBS-S8 features a built-in photocell to detect Day/Night mode, allowing the Hydro-X to automatically adjust CO2 setpoints based on your lighting schedule. Used in combination with one or more DSC-2 CO2 Device Modules, the MBS-S8 enables full closed-loop CO2 automation.

Instructions for Use

1. Connect the MBS-S8 to your Hydro-X controller using the included cable set.
2. Position the sensor at canopy level within the growing area for accurate readings.
3. Power on the Hydro-X and confirm the CO2 sensor is recognised.
4. Set your desired Day/Night CO2 setpoints within the Hydro-X interface.
5. Connect DSC-2 CO2 Device Station(s) to control your CO2 equipment automatically.
6. Monitor live CO2 readings via the controller display or TrolMaster app.
