Compatibility and Use

Use with a suitable 600W HPS ballast and reflector designed for this lamp and its E40 fitting. The screw fitting alone does not confirm electrical compatibility; check the equipment manufacturer's specifications before installation. This lamp requires suitable control gear and must not be connected directly to mains power.

Switch off the power and allow the lamp to cool before handling. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and recommended distance from plants. Allow it to warm up fully before assessing output, and replace as needed to maintain useful light levels.
