You have 30 Days to change your mind
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you change your mind,  we will be happy to help. Please email us at and we will talk you through the process and email you a returns form.

We will happily refund you if your return is requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for full refund, the items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, only a partial refund will be given.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items to us. We recommend you use a tracked service for your return. 

How long does the refund take to process?
Once we have received and inspected your return, an email will be sent you to you to notify you of the outcome.   If the refund is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place your order.  Refunds can take 5-10 working days to process. If after 10 days you  haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged Goods
We do our best to package orders safely and securely but in the unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages notified after that time. We will issue you with a returns reference and we will arrange for the collection and replacement of your order.
